How can I help?
Traditional Services, Modern Approach
The Minnesota Indian Women’s Resource Center (MIWRC) is a non-profit organization that provides a comprehensive set of gender and culturally based services for American Indian women and their families. Located in the Philips neighborhood of Minneapolis and founded in 1984, MIWRC provides a broad range of programs designed to educate and empower American Indian women, their families and the surrounding community.
You can make a difference
We believe strongly in partnering with others for the maximum impact. You can make a difference in the lives of American Indian women and families. During 2008, 80% of every dollar donated to MIWRC was spent directly on program services. Click here to learn more about how you can make a contribution, or about volunteer opportunities at MIWRC.
