JhonRae Reeves
Hello, my name is JhonRae, I’m an American Indian White Earth descendant therapist that started at Fond Du Lac Tribal and Community College. I obtained my Human Services Degree and studied American Indian History back in 2017. I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) in the state of Minnesota. I graduated from the College of St. Scholastica with my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. I’ve worked in the human services field for over 10 years, in nursing homes, assistant living facilities and adult foster care.
Over the years I found my passion in guiding others in their own journey by utilizing mindfulness, being client-centered, and emphasizing curiosity in one’s life story. I believe people need to be heard with compassion and patience. I'm an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community and participate in activities that uplift, educate and support individuals, families and communities in celebrating different identities.I provide a range of counseling services to adolescents and adults specializing in posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, psychotic disorders, anxiety, dissociative disorders and co-occurring disorders. In my free time I enjoy beading, sewing, playing card games, and spending time with friends and family.
